Research at the EHB

Research at EHB aims to provide scientifically sound solutions for current and future societal challenges in education, social work and health care, while at the same time advancing the development of the SAGE professions.

EHB is represented on the HRK (German Rector`s Conference) research map with two main research areas: "Diversity in Education, Social and Health Care" and "Social Cohesion in Social, Health and Education/Education".

The EHB also has research and transfer expertise in other areas, such as the complexes of:

- Migration/Racism/Intersectionality
- Inclusion & Participation
- User Perspectives on Welfare Production
- Innovation in the Learning of Health Professions or
- Dealing with Social Conflicts
